Sessionstitel: Jewish Advocacy: Student style
Presentatör(er): Jane Braden-Golay
Sessionsbeskrivning: When Jane first became part of a Jewish student union in 2009, Jewish advocacy appeared to mostly entail meeting officials and drafting speeches. With time however, her understanding of advocacy began to broaden, as Jewish student activists sought out new paths for promoting their interests. In this session, Jane will share her experiences and insights from six years of Jewish advocacy, and encourage discussion on how each of us, in our own way, can advocate for our community.
